E-mail Will Wont Chg In Word W/fr. And User Name Wrong In Scramble. Please Help

Hi i have been playing words with friends for quite awhile. now my e-mail has changed and i cannot change it as it says it is already taken., Yes, i know. it is my new e-mail on another game. Now, i have downloaded scramble with friends and that has my new e-mail but will not let me use my user id from words with friends and i cannot change this as it also says this is being used. What do i do? please assist, right now, no one will play scramble with me as i come in as zyngraf and not my user name. Zyngraf is associated with someone else and also as a computer program. My user name is diamondgal45 on words with friends and that is what i want on scramble.
