Dream Zoo Not Loading

my mum has dream zoo on her iphone and ipad, its been fine for ages and then all of a sudden a few days ago theres been a problem.  she clicks on the app and it starts to load gets close to  the end then stops, if you leave it it just closes the app. please help shes driving me insane!
