Cookout Quest! Free Appaloosa Horse.
States by zynga after completing cookout quest in country escape that players receive free appaloosa horse. Well it locked and cannot get it. I belong large co-op and several members same situation, no horse all locked. If zynga going advertise free then they best oblige players.
