Yoville On Ms Is Zynga Going To Help Us Get Our Stuff Back.

I have played yoville on MYspace since 09 I have spent tons of money on that game and bought many items. I know Myspace said they were going to take the games away but never gave a date. I went on vacation and returned today to find they shut it down. I am wondering if Zynga is going to help us get our stuff back or move everything for us to a fb account. They did everything for the ones who had twitter why can they not do the same for all of us. I am so upset right now if they do not help i am sure i can take my money and spend it on a game that will at least treat its players fairly and help us when things must be changed.

Zynga has set up a way to migrate your account to Facebook. They have sent a customer support message to the email account associated with your myspace account. It contains a 'secret' pin number. You have to log into the game on a facebook account, click a tab located on the right side of the game screen that says 'migrate'. You put your pin number in the box that pops up.

The game on the facebook account will be over-written. Only the items and houses from the myspace game will be there if you choose to continue, so it is best if you use an account where yoville has not been played before.

It is best to clear cache and cookies before attempting to migrate the account, and some people suggest you even turn the computer off prior to doing this. There is a radio (cicular) button under the avatar from each game--- and you have to choose which one you want for that account. If you see the avatar from a facebook account where you have a lot of items, and wish to keep that account --- cancel the migration! Some people have lost everything they had on the facebook account, apparently because cache and cookies directed the migration to an account they had been logged into previously.

The migration codes expire 10 August, 2013.
