Words With Friends Issues
Whenever I try to Play word with friends it either makes my whole screen go black or it crashes. Im using this on my iPad 2 its up to date with its software. I've already gone in and removed the app and added it back and it's still doing the same thing. Please advise what to do to resolve this.

Basic steps are:
1. Turn off and on the phone.
2. If still issue, reboot phone (Hold down BOTH the HOME and LOCK buttons and keep holding ignoring the slide to turn off prompt, keep holding until turns off and comes back to Apple Logo, then let go.
3. Restore phone from backup.
4. Restore phone as new.
5. Take to store or send in.
