The Ville-won't Let Me Get Past One Or Two Actions!!!

I load The Ville, perform one or two actions, and then I get a pop saying "Thanks for playing" and "Do you want to recieve game email updates?"  There is a click button, I click it and nothing, AND I can't make anymore moves, I have to reload and the same thing happens...grrrr. Tried loading game form different browsers...same results.  Went on live chat with Zynga...they asked me to take survey, but that survey seem wrong because it refers to game loading, not what happens after game loads.
