Can't Share ,ask, Buy Orchard,refresh 8 Times To Play, In Fv.

I can't hit the share button in FV without refreshing. I can't ask for anything in FV without refreshing. I can't buy an orchard to build in FV. It doesn't offer it in market. I have to refesh the FV page 8 times before I can play.It is a chore just to play. I am getting very frustrated. I can not ask for raffle tickets, I have missed Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday tickets.
