'mystery Egg' Does Not Appear In The 'gift Box'

On Farmville, when I click on the chicken coop, a message indicates that I have a "Mystery Egg" in the "Gift Box". When I go to the "Gift Box", there is no egg there. How do I find the "Mystery Egg"?
