How Do I Get My Mafia Wars Game Fixed?

This site won't let meI've ask Zynga to fix the game before and you sent a reply asking for details. That didn't work either. The box to send details could not work. My major complaint in playing Mafia Wars is all the buffering. Right off you might think its the server but that would cause buffering through out the internet not just on profiles in Mafia Wars. I click on a profile and the buffering never stops. Buffering won't stop in a few seconds but last until I refresh taking me to another page. This is just one problem of many. Another is gifting. Free gifts are received but I can't resend.The box doesn't appear. People will stop send me free gifts if I never return them. If you could fix these and other problems it would be appreaciated.
