Why I Can't Go To My Inbox In Zynga Poker And I Can't Claim My Daily Bonus

i click on my inbox but the menu doesn't show. i also click on daily bonus the slot machine appears but all the it is loading. the spin word never opens and i can't claim my bonus. also i can't send gift by clicking on the pictures of my buddies and friends below.
