Cant Connect On Dream Zoo So I Cant Get Neighbor Coming Or Friends.

Hi i cant connect on dream zoo on android tablet so i cant get neighbours.It says im loged on on facebook but wont connect my zoo. i try to connect in the corner but dosent connect and i have no tourist or people walking around.I can see my facebook list of friend when i try to add friends but dosent work!
