Castleville - Inventory Error Msg + Lost Items

I sometimes 'lose' items from my inventory when i click on them n lately it's happening all the time with my energy supply - lost 8 or 9 energy this a,m - got error 4eb3-7bb7 and 'refresh' - d'oh! :-( Help pls??
