Only two issues affect the game loading. One is your computer. Make sure you have plenty of RAM, and plenty of video memory. All of the Facebook games are very heavy in memory use to run the animated objects. Two is the time of day your trying to play. Buys times are around 8PM EST. This is when the daily refresh occurs and many players get into the game to visit neighbors, hire, and clean up for the day. The more users the slower the games gets. Also a factor are your internet connection. A DSL or Cable connection is a must. Also make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash player installed. If your PC is old and you cannot load the latest versions that may also be affecting your game loading. If you can load it sometimes, but not others, or are in the middle of a game and Jack pops up to say the Internet went quiet forcing you to refresh and then it almost loads but sits there near the end of the progress bar, go all the way out to your basic Windows screen with your user accounts and go back in, this usually wipes out anything hung in cache. Also, if you do not have your browser set to delete cookies when you close it, clear your cookies and temp files. Good luck!!
or just chrome
