Game Card

I bought a game card and it says it was not activated at the register so it says i need to use the receipt and bring it back to the retail location but i dont have the receipt so i dont know what to do. on the other hand my friend found a game card that says zynga is haveing problems with the game cards right now and they will try and fix it ASAP and if it contuines contact zynga customer support
