I Have Z Friends Whom I Could Ask For Help With,now They Don't Appear On My List

My z friends in hidden chronicals used to appear on my list of friends so I could ask for help,now they don't appear on my list,but i can visit and play fast find with them.How can i ask my z friends for gifts again ?
