Where R My Rewards - My Farmville Gifts From Rewardville

a couple of days ago I cashed in my rewards 4 - 3 items, a stagecoack, a snow top mountain, and a  little house. I did not get them, first I thought it might be because my gift box was a little full,checked all storage buildings too, and it took my coins.
