Where, Oh Where Have My Neighbours Gone??

Since last week my neighbours on Hidden Chronicles and Castleville and Bubble Safari and Ruby Blast have disappeared. I play Hidden Chronicles and Castleville regularly and had built up quite a few neighbours and approximately 500 friends (which have also disappeared).  I was under the impression that one of the ideas of Zynga.com was to be able to gain new friends and neighbours.  I did. Now they are gone.  I have been writing to Zynga.support since Saturday and keep getting the same response.  They will get back to me within 18 hours.  No answer, no solution.  I have spent money on these games, since the new way of playing with new friends and neighbours, it has been more fun and challenging.  Was the whole idea of this Zynga.com to get people to invest more money? And then what, the customer disappears.  They won't even answer whether or not the problem can be fixed (as there have been several other problems which were fixed).
