I've Been Told I'm Blocked From Buying Fv With My Amex.

Due to the fact that I've reached Farmville's spending limit?????  My Amex is good and I haven't "bounced" any payments.  Then I was told it would take 24-48 hrs and it's been almost 2 weeks.  Next, I had 550 credits which I could not get and was told I would be refunded my money in 7-9 days, 5 days ago.  What's going on?  I've spent a lot of money on your site and its all good!  You can speak to my Amex CC unit to confirm.  If a different method of payment is necessary, I can use my cell phone, but I would like an explanation as to why you think I'm over my spending limit.  That's a ridiculous statement.  You're the only getting the money...no wonder you're losing so many customers....games not working correctly, no help from customer service, no reliable answers to questions or no fixes to questions (ie no feeds going thru).  I'd appreciate an answer asap.
