Where Did My Reward Go?

I wrote the other day regarding my reward from a goal i just finished 2 days ago, i recieved a response just now but you did not answer my question. I was supposed to get the ECO SKYSCRAPER  for a reward from the go for the green goal because it says in the goal that its a reward and not just to unlock it because it cost 10 million coins to get it from the build menu , i was more than eager to finish the goal but only to disappoint myself after because when i finished the goal i did not get the said reward! I am so disappointed that i lost my willingness to play this game again! I wish you can fix this coz its really annoying! I hate to quit the game but after what happened I'm thinking of doing so...
