Cityvillehometown On Iphone Levels?

I play Cityville Hometown on my I-Phone. Was at Level 90 and stalled because of you not opening higher levels.  I was prob. closer or over 100.  Going on over a month, you dropped me down to Level 73.  I have been trying to contact Zynga Support since that time, to no avail.  Can't get to you thru my i-phone at bottom of game EVER.  I've e-mailed and gotten absolutely no response. Please will someone take me back up to at least Level 100 which is where i was.  Please will someone respond? [email protected] [email protected] Please please please
