Castleville Concerning Refreshing Constantly.

For 6 days now, after Castleville load, it immediately goes right to...REFRESH. It is so frustrating. I have dealt with Zynga for 6 days as well and their last comment to me was... we are unable to resolve your problem at this time. Seriously???
