Want To Remove My Bank Account From Zune

How do I remove zune without having to sign in to windows live when it was downloaded onto a computer I no longer have as it exploded removing any chance I may have had to access user name and password to be able to log onto microsoft live. THERE HAS TO BE A WAY, URRGGGHHH... i'm ready to philliage their blunder...give me a break a multi-billion dollar a year business can see the sun, stars or moon due to their ears being too close to their anus...HELPPPPP PLEASE \    want to remove zune and associates from taking any more money from my bank account. Tried in vain to get in and remove me from their billing cycle to no avail. Phone # on my credit card that I was told I could use to remove microsoft live is bogus. Plus, I was told that the phone # that I gave them was invalid. (Funny, I've had same # for over 15 years. No cell phone!!!!!!!!!!!   I've had it. NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SUCH A HEADACHE TRYING TO REMOVE A COMPANY OR FAILING TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE REMOTELY ASSUMING TO BE HUMAN OF ENGLISH SPEAKING VARIETY.
