Photo Not Uploading.

None of my photos are uploading to the site. I have tried using many different pictures, I have tried resizing them, I have even tried using another site to post from (Photobucket)..but still none are uploading. Not sure how small to re size my pictures before they will no longer be clearly visible or if this will even help. Any information on this matter will be appreciated, especially since I am a paid member. Thank you
