How Do I End My Zoosk Subscription? I Couldn't Even Access It But Was Charged

I think Zoosk charged my credit card for multiple times, when i actually only tried to sign up for one month and couldn't even access the other members. I need to know how to unsubscribe and make sure they don't charge me at all.

To unsubscribe to Zoosk.com

1)Go to the bottom of the zoosk page and click on contact

2)Click on(Visit your page settings)

3)Click on subscription

4) Unsubscribe
