I Have Cancelled My Subscription A Month After Joining Can I Reinstall It?

I was forced to cancel my subscription a month after joining zoosk,I still have 5 months left, that iv already payed for!! I was told I had 2 weeks to resubscibe without having to pay again. can you please tell me how to do it?? or can you automaticaly do it for me?? please
