Here are the instructions directly from Zoosk's web site for cancelling your Zoosk account (https://zoosk.zendesk.com/entries/389276-how-can-i-cancel-my-subscription):

When thinking about cancelling a Zoosk Subscription, it is important to know the terms of your specific Subscription. Depending on your payment method, your Subscription will either expire automatically or renew automatically. To see the terms of your Subscription, click on your user name menu at the top of the page and select 'Settings', then click on ‘Subscription’. The date your subscription renews or expires will appear on this page, including the number of remaining days.

For Subscriptions that automatically expire, there is no need to cancel. You will have access to Subscriber features until the end of your billing cycle. Please be aware that if you deactivate your Zoosk account during your billing cycle, you will forfeit any remaining time on the Subscription. This can’t be reversed, so only deactivate your account if you have no intention of using your Subscriber benefits.

If your Subscription is set to automatically renew, and you would prefer to not renew, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to Zoosk.com from a laptop, desktop, or tablet computer
  2. Click on your user name menu at the top of the page and select 'Settings'
  3. Click on 'Subscription', found on the left side of the page
  4. Click on 'Cancel My Subscription'
  5. To proceed with the cancellation click ‘No, please cancel my Subscription’
  6. Provide an answer to one of the survey questions to successfully complete the cancellation

After canceling a Subscription that was set to renew, you will have Subscriber benefits until the end of your billing cycle.

Please be aware that if you deactivate your Zoosk account during your billing cycle after having canceled the Subscription, you will forfeit any remaining time on the Subscription. This can’t be reversed, so only deactivate your account if you have no intention of using your Subscriber benefits.
