Why Did My Subscription Get Cancelled?
I live in Australia, I signed up paying $100.00 to Zoosk for a 6 month subscription and 2 days later I received an email telling me I unsubscribed when I didn't. I am happy to continue to use Zoosk for the period I paid for but I am unable to login anymore due to an admin removing my account. The phone number I have been provided numerous times is not working and I'd like to know what happened. Please help me contact them or make my login work. Thank you

Zoosk maintains a policy that all purchases are non-refundable, including Zoosk coins and partially used subscriptions, as outlined in our Terms of Use Agreement. however you can call (1-888-939-6675
