Doorbell Sometimes Works Depending On Location Of Bell Unit Inside House.
I have a doorbell button on the front and back door. The ringer / chimes do not work at all times. If I bring the button unit inside the house, the chimes work without a problem. I've tried moving the ringer unit to different outlets in the house to find a place where they work. The house was build in 1918. Are there any ways to determine where to locate the ringer unit in an old house?
