Leaking Dryer

Hi, my dryer is leaking water onto the floor, condenser is clean etc but there seems to be water bubbling around the bottom of the condenser. It went thru a phase of a couple of weeks where the tank wasn't filling but appears to be filling again now but still leaking water on the floor.

The water tank is at the bottom or the dry, there is nothing wrong with the water tank. The problem is where the valve on the water tank meets the inside of the dryer. The valve on the back of the water tank slots into a hole in the dryer, a small white plastic pipe that is open on one end and closed on the other with 2 small holes on either side and a spring have came loose from the hole inside the dryer. The pipe/valve that has came loose looks like it should sit in the hole at back of dryer and push back the valve on the water tank to allow the water into the tank there is nothing wrong with the water tank.
