Help Installed A Pc Drive On The Yamaha Psr620 Keyboard
Good afternoon. I installed a PC drive on the Yamaha PSR620 keyboard, for correct installation I made the modification adapting the 34-pin connector to 24-pin, the keyboard recognized the new drive, when inserting a floppy disk the keyboard asks to format, after completing the formatting, in the At the end of the format, the message write error appears, and the floppy disk is in RAW format, what is happening? is the connection of any pin missing in the modification from 34 to 24 pins? which pin could be wrong?

You don't say what you have replaced it with so I found this youtube video on fitting a USB drive and you need an emulator for the Yamaha to talk to it.
