4th Octave B-key Sounds Only Once Before Going Dead.

My Yamaha PSR-450 is only 6 months old and I have this b-key not sounding problem. Please someone help with a home trouble-shoot-solution. Someone suggested carbon deposit, or dust??? Thank you. K.P.
