Speaker Output Mixer-yamaha Mg124cx

i have connected both my speakers to d xlr points in my yamaha MG124CX mixer,n when i switch on d input (music),only 1 of the speker gives d proper volume,while the odr speaker is very soft...i have kept d PAN in d centre,but still the problem is not solved...reply soon
