Cannot Read Email Links To Websites

When I view my emails in the normal way -on the right hand side it shows the contents. I cannot access the internet links whereby the hand is hovering over the link but it does not go to the website. I am having to manually enter the website address into my internet browser e.g google. What changes do I need to make and where are these.

1. Restart your browser

2. Clear cache from your browser - restart the browser and retry

3. If it is Internet Explorer then try the uninstallation here, re-update is and retry

4. You can also try a different browser (eg. Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
