I'm afraid the previous answer could send you on a wild goose chase. It is probably not possible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. (To try, call 800-318-0612 or 866-562-7219.) If you feel you need to turn to Yahoo for one-on-one support, I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo may phone you. Another option is to turn to Yahoo's community.

Personal support however might not be necessary. First follow these steps.

How to reach a live person:
- This number will place you on hold waiting for Yahoo customer care. Get comfortable since hold time can be extremely long.
Hours of Operation:
