You didn't say, but try logging in on your old device that it did work on and set it up so that it will allow you to log in from other or unknown devices if possible. You must have set the security pretty high to not allow you to log in from other devices. That or you are logged in on too many devices at once and need to log out from at least one other. Then set up new security questions, preferably ones that you know the answer to even if you forget selecting them, like place of birth or a relative's birthday/name/your childhood pet, etc.
