Hi, if you mean how to hide the Spam folder, you can't -- just like the Inbox and Trash, it's a permanent folder.

If you mean how to hide spam emails themselves, when you get one, just click the button at the top that says "Spam" and that email will be automatically moved to the Spam folder. By doing this you also help Yahoo! figure out what is spam and what isn't, so in the future the spam filter should be more intuitive.
