I Can Not Compose New Mail Or Forward Existing Mail.

My yahoo was working fine until this morning. Now when I try to compose new mail or forward existing mail, I receive a message stating that the URL can not be accessed. I signed out and signed back in but the problem persists. Please help. Thanks Aubrey Williams
