Hi, if you can't log in and you don't know your password or secret question:

- Go to the Yahoo! login page.
- Click on the I can't access my account link.
- Choose the I have a problem with my password option and then click Next.
- Enter your Yahoo! ID and click Next
- Click Next again to have a password reset email sent to your alternate email address. Yahoo! shows you part of your alternate email address on the screen, which will hopefully help you remember it.
- Log in to your alternate email account and when you get the email from Yahoo!, click on the link to reset your password, then create a new password.
