Yahoo Not Working And Time Warner Support Had Me Run Traceroot And It Showed Yah

Traceroot showed Yahoo server blocking Time Warner Server. Support at Apple also looked at my computer and said Yahoo must have changed something because everything worked at the store but Yahoo does not work at home. I am giving my email address but that is not working either but i can get it on my phone
