Yahoo Mail Logging Problem After Moving To Another Country?

I got this message while I'm trying to log in my yahoo mail after moving to a different country, You are logging in from a device we don't recognize, please answer your security question, I forgot the answer because it was many years ago, what to do after they locked my account for more than 24 hours and didn't respond to my alternate confirmed e-mail request?

You can recover your Yahoo account using your alternate address or mobile phone number on file, as explained at:
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?locale=en_US&page=content&y=PROD_ACCT&id=SLN2081&impressions=true

If you have neither of these, you can't recover your account without your password. In that case, your only course would be (a) to guess the answers to your security questions, or (b) to abandon the account and open a new one.
