Virus. Spam Email Being Sent Thru My Account Not From Me

just got off phone with norton. they told me to contact you for this issue. Spam email is being sent to everyone on my contacts. This needs to be fixed immediately.

You can try changing your password and then see if the problem continues. If it does, then someone has hijacked your email account through bypassing your password and you will need to delete the account and create a new one. Make sure you use a unique new password. Also, run an anti-spyware utility like Spybot and your antivirus software to make sure other parts of your computer have not been affected.
