I Can't Unlock Or Retrieve My Accounts Password In Yahoo. I've Tried The Basics.

as the title says. i've already triedthe basic retrieval steps but it doesn't work on me. i don't have the other options like get the reset password thru my phone or the 3rd step. it just gives me one option to send an email to another yahoo acct that is in the acct that i cannot recover which may already be a deleted account.

It's difficult to answer you because we don't know exactly what you did. Neither "the basic retrieval steps" nor "the 3rd step" conveys that information.
