I Am Trying To View A Pop-up From An Allowed Site And It's Still Being Blocked.

I have clicked 'allow pop-ups from this site'. I have placed the site in the list of pop-ups to be allowed. Earlier in the day I viewed a pop-up from this site with no problem. It says 'done' on the bar below and then tell me the site is blocked even though the 'site allowed' icon is checked. What should I do?
