When I Try To Sign On I Get This Meassage,content Was Blocked Because It Was Not

signed by a valid security certificate. I also get Windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP,HTTPS,or FTP.This is probobly caused by firewall settings on this computer.

The security certificate is not related to settings on your computer but to the website you're trying to bring up. More here. However, your browser's security settings or your firewall's settings can block pages without valid certificates. Since you haven't identified either your browser or your firewall, I can't offer you you more specific advice.

For that you need add exception in firewall go to start menu->contro, panel->firewall then add exception for http and other ports then allow it then apply and restart pc then check.
