Setting My Account
How can I do if my Yahoo! acount has been comppromised and I cannot remember answer to two question and no alternate e-mail?

Unfortunately, the only way you can recover your lost password is to either provide the answers for the secret questions or let Yahoo send the password to your alternate email. You can read further details about password recover from Yahoo here:
