I Can Not Send Out Any Messages, It Says Suspicious Activity And Locks Up

My in home business has been shut down 5 days due to Yahoo not responding and resolving the problem with my mail. Can not even send out a test page to anyone. Continually asks security questions, then says suspicious activity noted and locks things up. I can receive and that is all!! No way to contact anyone, I have sent them pictures of what is going on like they asked through my sons machine and they say it has to come through YAHOO, WHICH IS NOT WORKING!!!
