The Security Question And Alternate Email Are Not Mine

Yahoo doesn't recognise my new laptop as a new device ,also the security question and alternate email address aren't the ones set.what do do?

If you forget your password or it's been changed, use this form:
US: https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot?done=h…
UK: https://edit.europe.yahoo.com/forgotroot…

If you have an alternate email address a link will be sent to it
and a new password can be made.

If you don't have an alternate email
then it will ask the 2 secret questions.

Greetings - Download and install another browser (like Firefox, Opera, Chrome..) onto your laptop and re-try. Also try loging in from one of your previoud devices if you can and confirm alternative email on your accont profile - do remember that the security question's answer is spelling sensitive (Paypal is even Case sensitive).
