How To Retrieve Forgotten Security Question And Answer

I can't open my emails.my yahoo id is good but when i type my password, a security question appears.i forgot the answer to the security question.

You can't retrieve that answer from Yahoo. You can recover your Yahoo account using your alternate address instead of your security questions, as explained here.
