Cant Read My Mail On My Mobile Phone

hi, i can login but cant read my mail on my mobile . keep getting an error msg saying "error encountered processing your last request!"my email address is and i am using a blackberry mobile phone. i have always been using my phone for mail for 11 months now until yesterday. please help

Hello, if you are using the Yahoo! Mail app, remove the app and reinstall it, and put your login information back in. If you are using Yahoo! Mail through a web browser on your phone, delete the browser's cache and cookies, and try to log in again.

Try login out and back in. Also try deleting your account configurations and add it again after. You may have to perform a backup and wipe - especially if you are able to login from your internet browser. This sadly can be a server error at times - the fix to which gets quite mysterious.
