I'm locked out of my yahoo mail and no one answers the phone...I NEED to access my e-mail account immediately!!

If you've been told you're locked out for security reasons, the lock will last for 12 hours, and in the meantime nothing can be done. (More here.) Otherwise...

Submit this dialog. If you don't know your Yahoo ID (username), start with the second option.
